Return and Refund Policy

What is your return and refund policy?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 calendar days of order delivery for a refund. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once received, the returned item(s) charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used and opened orders cannot be returned.

 

What if my order was damaged in the mail?

Unfortunate as it is, this can happen, and we are more than happy to help. All we ask is that you report your damaged item to us via email to info@thecreativetoucanillustrations.com. Please be sure to include a photo of the damage in your message so that we may validate the claim. We will then compensate you with a replacement piece, shipped for free. 

 

What if my order was lost in the mail?

Though this is very rare, it can sometimes happen. If your order has been lost in the mail, by no fault of a mistake in your entered mailing address, we will happily reship your item 3 weeks after your order was due to arrive. Please note that The Creative Toucan is not responsible for refunding or re-shipping orders lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
